The residents of Puerto de los Gatos celebrate the 11th of September with a convivial day. The verbena will take place in the rural area known as the Puerto de los Gatos. All event attendees can enjoy a delicious paella at noon but the true protagonists of the day will be the children.

The day fair continues to grow year after year, and the enjoyment extends from the Plaza de la Constitucion to the historical centre of the village. Each day there is music, dance and typical food, nothing is missing at this Mijas Feria.

*The festivities for the patron saint take place on the 8th of September from 2pm until 6pm hours and the rest of the day 1pm until 8pm, on Sunday it closes at 9 p.m.
